Refund policy

The original or copy of the receipt, packaging and product tags must be submitted for any product exchange or refund.

Purchased products must be exchanged or refunded within 14 (fourteen) days from date of invoice.

Purchased products during sale or promotion must be exchanged or refunded within 7 (seven) days from date of invoice.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

 

List of products that cannot be returned or exchanged unless they violate the return and exchange instances referenced in Law number 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection

  2. Sunglasses
  3. Swimwear
  4. Undergarments

 

Instances requiring mandatory exchange and return in accordance with Law number 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection

 

  1. Defective Products:
  • In the event a product is found to have defects that impact its value or usability in accordance with its intended use, the customer shall have the right to exchange or return the item.
  • In the event the supplier does not provide the customer the opportunity to test or try products prior to purchase, the customer shall have the right to exchange the item or receive a refund if an exchange is deemed unfeasible.
  • In the event that a product purchased in a store by a customer is delivered to the customer’s home not in its original condition in accordance with agreed supplier terms and conditions.
  1. Non-conformance to prescribed standard specifications:
  • In the event the product does not serve the purpose for which it was purchased and is therefore deemed inadequate for its intended use, the product shall be exchanged for a similar item. Should the exchange prove unfeasible, the supplier shall refund the purchase price of the item.
  • In the event the product does not conform to the prescribed standard specifications, the product can be returned or exchanged for a similar product that conforms to the prescribed standard specifications. Should the exchange prove unfeasible, the supplier shall refund the purchase price of the product.
  • In the event the supplier is unable to provide fitting rooms for trial of clothing prior to purchase, the product can be returned or refunded by the supplier if a return is not possible.

 

 

  1. Warranty:
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or is deemed inoperable, the customer shall be entitled to repairs or maintenance free of charge, or to return the item in accordance with the warranty agreed upon with the shop owner.

 

Refund Methods:

In the event the purchase was paid in cash:

  • The total amount paid for in cash will be refunded in cash.

In the event the purchase was paid through credit card:

  • The total amount paid for through electronic means (credit card) will be refunded to the same card.

In the event the purchase was paid through debit card:

  • The total amount paid for through debit card will be refunded in cash.
